When will I get my order?
Oilganic Uses Evri express for delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days , however during a busy sales period / bank holidays we please allow 5-7 working days. Once Evri has picked up the order you will receive a tracking number.
What if wrong Item has been delivered?
Email us straight away info@oilganic.co.uk and our team will get back to you. If wrong item has been delivered please do not open the product and must be in its original packaging.
Can I return the products?
Unfortunately we do not except returns.
My delivery has arrived damaged?
We always quality check our products before delivery. Email info@oilganic.co.uk with photo of damaged products and bag of delivery etc which the good arrived in. we will need all these to claim the damage from the courier company.
What If I have ordered wrong item?
Please contact us on Info@oilganic.co.uk straight away . If the products have been dispatched unfortunately we cannot cancel the order.
Do you Ship internationally?
You can email us on info@oilganic.co.uk , customer is responsible for any custom tax if applies.
Can I change my name and delivery address once the order is done?
Unfortunately once the order has been placed we cannot change the details. Please take care when ordering and check details before paying for the goods.

We always state on labels patch test the product before use as sensitivity level is different with each individual.
Can I apply discount code on discounted products?
No, you can only apply discount code on full price products .
