Oilganic Uses Evri express for delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days , however during a busy sales period / bank holidays we please allow 5-7 working days. Once Evri has picked up the order you will receive a tracking number.
Email us straight away info@oilganic.co.uk and our team will get back to you. If wrong item has been delivered please do not open the product and must be in its original packaging.
We always quality check our products before delivery. Email info@oilganic.co.uk with photo of damaged products and bag of delivery etc which the good arrived in. we will need all these to claim the damage from the courier company.
Unfortunately once the order has been placed we cannot change the details. Please take care when ordering and check details before paying for the goods.
