Your Cancellation Rights

  • As an online consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order and obtain a refund within 14 working days from delivery. If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned unopened, in its original packaging and seal, without damage. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.
  • To initiate a return, email us at with "Return Enquiry" in the subject line. Include your reason for return and await our team’s response before sending the goods back. We will not process refunds for orders without prior email communication. Our customer service team will respond within 2-4 working days with further instructions. Photographic evidence may be requested in some cases.
  • Refunds are only provided for unopened items in their original seal and in re-sellable condition. If the goods have been used, opened, or damaged, you may opt for an exchange.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure safe return, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. Please take a picture of the postal receipt when sending the package.
  • Include a note with your return containing your name, address, and order number to match with our email communication.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original postage and packing costs will be deducted.
  • For items valued over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Damaged Goods

  • If goods arrive damaged, email a photo of the damaged items, packaging, and shipping label to with "DAMAGED" in the subject line and include your order number. Claims for damaged items must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Multiple images are advised to keep items and packaging in separate pictures.
  • We will review your claim and, once resolved, proceed with a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition. Items returned in a damaged condition without prior photo evidence will be returned to the customer, and no exchange or refund will be authorized.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures are not followed.

Klarna Payments

  • Our return policy is not affected by using Klarna as a payment method. If you return items from an order paid with Klarna, contact Klarna Customer Service. We cannot extend or cancel your invoice with Klarna; this is the customer's responsibility
  • If you receive a payment reminder from Klarna after returning items, contact Klarna Customer Service. Any queries regarding refunds and returns should be directed to Klarna Customer Service.
